In order to register your attendance please complete the online registration form, as soon as possible, but in any event no later than Friday 29 June 2018.

Should you wish to apply for financial assistance, please complete the online registration form by Friday 13 April 2018 at the latest in order for your application to be considered.

How to register

To register your attendance, click the Register button at the bottom of any of the information pages. Please note that in order to register you will need to have the following information readily available:

  • First name, last name, email address
  • Organisation, country
  • Age (under or over 35yrs)
  • Passport details – number, expiry date, country of issue, nationality
  • Your union’s authority to register
  • Credit card details (if requesting accommodation) – name on card, card type, number, expiry date

To register for more than one person

Once you have completed the online registration form, you will be asked if you want to Add Person.

To register on behalf of someone else

On the first page of the registration form, enter the registrant's first name, last name and email address and tick I am registering on behalf of this person.  You will then be asked to enter your first name, last name and email address in order to receive a copy of the registrant's confirmation email and be able to view their registration details.


Provided written notification of its action is given to the General Secretary, if possible at least four weeks before the beginning of Congress, an affiliated organisation may nominate the delegation of another organisation to act on its behalf at a Congress, but no delegation may represent more than three organisations in addition to its own.
