Each Profit and Non-Profit Booth will be provided with one covered skirted tables (size 6’x 2’), two chairs, one wastebasket, one ID sign and an electrical outlet. All retail vendors are required to have Retail license and sales and use tax ID, all retail vendors are required to collect sales tax. All vendors are required to send a separate check of $100 in addition to the booth charges. Make the check payable to JAINA CONVENTION for refundable cleaning deposit. Please check one of the categories below:
Non-food vendors are not allowed to sell any type of food, soft drinks or water. Payment must be done by check or money order only and payable to JAINA CONVENTION to be sent with application. Area map for booth will be provided as soon it is available. Non-profit vendors must provide copy of the form 5013C.

State and Local Laws.
All vendors must arrive on the site for unloading and set up on Thursday, June29th at 1 PM, vacate and clean the booth space on July 4th by 2 pm. (Otherwise vendors will be charged by facility). The booth allocations will be done on first come first serve basis. Limited Corner Booths (on first come, first serve basis) are available for an additional amount.
