We will explore how to foster that kind of workplace engagement, or tribe mentality, where we create evangelists who work for us, and who inspire a loyal, committed customer following that drive market share, profit, and growth.  We’ll learn the tricks to establishing a committed service culture, to hiring correctly, and to instilling the knowledge, passion, and desire to drive your signature experience in every employee.  In today’s social media saturated world, shockwaves are sent every day due to service, or lack there of…let’s make sure they’re the positive reverberations that we want!
