Discuss general do’s and don’ts for succession planning concerning assets.February 22, 2021Conflict Management: Effective Communication StrategiesEffective communication strategies help families build better understanding and work through potential family conflicts. Establishing effective channels of communication can create a dynamic change in personal relationships between farm family members while creating stronger family bonds during stressful times within agriculture.Because of the popularity of this workshop, credit card payment is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Refund and Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 12% registration fee + $5 processing fee. Manuals are non-refundable. NO REFUNDS will be processed after February 8, 2021. If a participant of a virtual event experiences technical difficulties that prevent participation (other than event-wide difficulties), NO REFUNDS will be issued after the link to join that event has been provided. Transfer options (if applicable) may be allowed up to five business days after the event start-date.
