The Rita Kobb Nursing Informatics Symposium is a bi-yearly lectureship series that explores topics in nursing informatics. This series was created by a gift made in honor of Rita Kobb, a UF nursing alumna and nursing informatics expert.
This year’s symposium, taking place February 3, 2017, is titled: “Precision Health: The Intersection of Nursing Practice and Data Science.” A full slate of scholarly experts on the topic and CEU credits will be provided. We invite abstracts in research, project or theoretical/conceptual format to be considered for poster presentation at the conference.
Online registration opens Dec 2nd, 2016 and will close February 1st, 2017 at 11:59PM.
Please note that onsite registration at the Straughn Center (2142 Shealy Drive, Gainesville, FL 32610) will open at 8:00A on the day of the event. We will offer a light continental breakfast. The scheduled program will begin at 8:30A.
