• SEMINAR LOCATION — GALLAUDET UNIVERSITY’S Kellogg Conference Center (6th Street & Florida Avenue, NE) - site of previous DCALS seminars - features free garage parking, newly-remodeled facilities, a quiet gated campus, good food and complimentary shuttle-bus service to and from Union Station. The conference center is located within walking distance (5-blocks) of Metro’s New York Avenue–Gallaudet Station on the Red Line.
• OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS — Gallaudet’s Kellogg Conference Center has 93 fine guest rooms. Attendees wishing to stay overnight should make their own reservations directly with Kellogg Conference Hotel, phone 202-651-6000, or on-line at www.kelloggconferencehotel.com.
• GALLAUDET UNIVERSITY is located at 800 Florida Avenue, NE, Washington, DC 20002. Enter the campus through 6th Street gate (not Florida Avenue.) Park in the conference center garage (to right, after entering from 6th Street.) Display your FREE PARKING PASS issued by DCALS. From there, it’s a short walk through a beautiful historic campus, to Kellogg Conference Center. DCALS’ Registration Desk is on the Ground Floor.
• CREDITS — Outcome Measures will be conducted for all classes, and attendees will receive Continuing Education Credits awarded by DCALS . . . full 8 Maryland “A” Level CPC Credits — equivalent to Virginia 8 CE Unit Credit Hours — equivalent to PDH Professional Development Hours. DCALS’ Education Credits are accepted in all surrounding states — MD, VA, DC, PA, NJ, DE, WVA and NC.• CANCELLATIONS — In the event you need to cancel your registration, contact the DCALS Treasurer by email, treasurer@dcals.org. A full refund less a $25 administrative fee will be made for all cancellations received by November 2, 2012. No refunds will be given after November 2, 2012.
