Lead Measures: CFSS & PRQI (Group 9)

Overview

Achieving our Organizational Wildly Important Goal (WIG) of providing A Better Way to Care to 160,000 patients in 2017 takes a proactive team effort.  Individual offices can customize strategies for success that will support our organizational WIG in addition to our Team WIGs.  During the Lead Measures Workshop, selected office team members attend targeted training on how to best support and scoreboard their office objectives and work together to brainstorm on effective office-specific lead measures and strategies.

The Lead Measures Workshops will be clustered together so that the Supervisors, PRQI, CFSS and PSCs for an office will all attend the Workshop within a few weeks of each other.  EDC staff will be working closely with the RVPs to design an ideal attendance schedule to support this approach.  The goal is to ensure that the Workshop messages, strategies and lead measures are fresh in everyone’s minds so that these clinical team members can work together to ensure iimplementation and success at the local level.
