Leadership @ Eleven:
An Executive Development Series

A Seven Month Executive Leadership Development Program
Built Specifically for Michigan Credit Union Executives

Why be Just a Ten, When You Can be an Eleven!

The environment has changed – it is more complex, volatile and unpredictable – and the necessary skills to be a highly effective leadership have changed, too.

Unfortunately, the majority of leaders are developed through on-the-job experiences and traditional training, which is proving to be insufficient for today’s challenges. In short, that is not just a leadership problem, there is a development problem. Additionally, the credit union industry is a specific space, with unique challenges and opportunities.

This is why the Michigan Credit Union League has partnered with Jim Kasch of Canidae Consulting and Tonya Voltolina of Eleven Performance Group to deliver “Leadership @ Eleven.”
