This TLC Certification is your opportunity to learn about The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and Manager Edition Profile (LCP-ME). The Leadership Circle Profile is considered is a true breakthrough among 360 degree profiles. It is theoretically dense and integrates many powerful frameworks from leadership research, developmental psychology, organisational development, systems thinking and other traditions, including realms of spiritual development. It represents a comprehensive and unifying theory of leadership development - acclaimed as a first in the field. LCP is designed to meet clients on multiple layers of depth and breadth. It allows consultants and/or coaches to draw on sustainable and relevant disciplines which, in turn, help facilitate breakthrough leadership - where complexity of mind develops and evolves to match the complexity of the environment. As leadership consciousness evolves, so too does individual and collective effectiveness, which in turn have an impact on team and organisational performance.
It is the first profile to connect a well-researched battery of competencies with the underlying and motivating habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and internal assumptions that drive behaviour. Ultimately, the LCP goes to the source of behaviour to get greater leverage on change. Furthermore, unlike most profiles that take hours to interpret, LCP integrates all this information in a way that brings the key issues to the surface instantly.
The data in LCP reveals itself in seconds. At a glance, the whole gestalt is accessible - putting leaders in touch with what is not, and why! In most organisations, this treasure trove of information remains buried. Actualised leaders change their old patterns of action and habits of thought for new ones that yield more positive outcomes. The Leadership Circle is committed to cultivating this very specific type of change - the kind that evolves authentically from the inside out.
