Again this year, the League is hosting its annual Leadership Conference (formerly known as Managers Conference) jointly with the Kentucky Credit Union League’s Management Conference. This “Partners in Progress” event will include a full agenda of speakers who will cover topics for the benefit of credit union professionals at all levels. You will come away knowing more about leadership, member service, advocacy, economics, compliance and resource management.

The DoubleTree Lawrenceburg offers a great environment to expand your professional network with credit union peers from two states. The agenda and optional activities, combined with the variety of things to do at this beautiful location, are sure to prepare and inspire you to return to your credit union ready to do great things in the second half of 2019.

Educational Investment/Deadlines:
Full Conference: $450 per person
includes speakers fee, facility expenses, materials, refreshments, most meals, and networking events. League staff will be available throughout the conference to discuss this report with attendees.

Golf Price: $75 per person includes green fee, cart, drinks, and a sack lunch. Full conference registrants may also bring a guest for this price.

Emerging Leaders:  $99 per person 
New: A special half-day session is planned for emerging leaders. Successful professionals from the credit union world will share stories about their career successes and challenges, while two talks designed especially for those on the way up the ladder will give this group some action items they can incorporate into their own careers.

An emerging leader attending the full conference can attend the Emerging Leader Session for a $50 per person fee.

Tuesday Dinner Guest: $75 per person includes Tuesday dinner for the guest of a full conference registrant.

Small CU discount applies to registration fee for full conference attendee only and does not include golf registration.

The Leadership Conference registration deadline is Wednesday, May 1, 2019.

Who Should Attend:

This conference is open to individuals from all levels of management within the credit union as well as those individuals that have been identified as emerging leaders within your organization.

The deadline to book a room
at our discounted conference rate is
Monday, April 22, 2019. After that the hotel will make reservations on a space and
rate-availability basis.


FCUs: For room tax exemption, you must leave a copy of Form ST105 with the hotel at check-in.


Registration/Begin and End Times:
Check-in and pick up your materials on Wednesday evening, May 8, at the reception or beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 9. The Leadership conference will officially begin with lunch on Thursday, May 9, and adjourn in the afternoon on Friday, May 10.
