The Berry Street Childhood Institute and The University of Melbourne are proud to present this one-day workshop to be delivered by Dr. Sarah Wise.

Our society is facing a host of complex social problems that are beyond the reach of single sectors, organisations and individuals acting alone. Issues like child abuse and neglect, homelessness and youth crime require leaders who can facilitate systemic change and promote new strategies for collective learning.

This newly designed full-day program will provide participants with the foundations of individual and collective aspects of systems leadership. Using the facilitator’s own systems leadership framework as well as real-world case studies and systems thinking tools, participants will build their capacity to see and understand the systems they are operating in, bridge organisational and disciplinary boundaries and create systemic change.
