Challenges and Lessons Learned from Large Deployments Large organizations have limitless opportunities to leverage Lean Six Sigma in improving the cost, quality, speed, and safety of their processes. Large organizations also have qualities that inherently make a successful deployment challenging to implement, grow, and maintain. This session will highlight the common issues encountered in large deployments and provide strategies and examples of what different organizations have done to address them. No matter what the size of the deployment, the issues and lessons learned discussed can help avoid pitfalls and improve the effectiveness of any organizations Lean Six Sigma efforts. Whitney Mantonya, of Collaborative Lean Solutions, will present at August's Lean Six Sigma Solutions Breakfast meeting. Whitney comes to our group with a wealth of experience, having served as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Cardinal Health, where she was the deployment lead for the corporate shared services functions. In addition to her deployment leadership responsibilities, Whitney also led Cardinal Health's Operational Center for Excellence, which is focused on the training, governance, and communications strategies for the Cardinal Health deployment. You will benefit from a unique and powerful point of view as Whitney shares what she has learned from her experiences implementing and deploying Lean Six Sigma on large scale projects. We'll see you on August 7th!
