The AAMC invites representatives from medical school admissions, diversity affairs, and biomedical science training programs to register and participate in the 2019 Minority Student Medical Career Fair. We also invite AAMC partners in the health professions to attend and engage students.
This annual fair draws hundreds of underrepresented students and many other high school and college students interested in exploring opportunities in medicine and biomedical sciences.
Additionally, the Fair gives recruiters a valuable opportunity to engage a diverse group of students and to share information about their institutions and programs.
The Minority Student Medical Career Fair will be held on Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Phoenix Convention Center South Building.

Recruiters can register through the Learn Serve Lead 2019 registration portal. During registration, you will have the option to purchase a recruitment table.
Premium Table: $500 A premium recruitment table consists of one six-foot table, two chairs, and one waste basket in a primary location.
Regular Table: $400 A regular recruitment table consists of one six-foot table, two chairs, and one waste basket.
If you wish to purchase additional tables, please enter the quantity during registration.
All recruiters and any additional table assistants must register for the career fair. With your 2019 Minority Student Medical Career Fair registration, you receive two complimentary career fair-only registrations. The main registrant will receive an email before the meeting containing a discount code and registration link to register the table assistants. Additional career fair-only badges may be purchased for $100 each. The registration badges provide access to the 2019 Minority Student Medical Career Fair only (setup, recruitment fair, and move-out).
The badges do not provide access to Learn Serve Lead 2019 programs. If you wish to attend Learn Serve Lead 2019 programs, please register for the full conference.
