In the past, attendees and exhibitors have told us that they received solicitation emails in relation to the AAMC’s annual meeting. Most states have protection laws against this kind of unwelcome solicitation, but it is still confusing and a nuisance.

These solicitations may include offers to purchase our mailing list, book hotel rooms, or provide audiovisual (AV) services. Many of these are scams and the associations or organizations that produce conferences are actively engaged in stopping them.
