Registration Categories and Fees for Learn Serve Lead

Early-Bird Full Conference
$1,075 (available online through Aug. 28)
Standard Full Conference
$1,225 (available starting Aug.29)
Student/Resident/Fellow Full Conference
$500 (student and resident identification required on-site)
One-day (Friday or Tuesday only) $300*
One-day (Saturday, Sunday, or Monday) $585*
CME $50 (in addition to above fees)
Personal Guest $200

*One-day options are limited to one per registrant.

The AAMC uses an online system for registration. No hard-copy registration forms will be available.

Early Bird And Full Conference Registration

The full conference registration fee includes access to all plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, and the Exhibit Hall. The fee also includes the Welcome Reception on Friday, the Saturday focused discussions boxed lunch, the reception in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, the Posters-Up and Wine-Down reception on Monday, two lunches in the Exhibit Hall, the grab-and-go lunch on Tuesday, daily refreshments (including breakfast), and Wi-Fi access throughout the hotels and convention center.

One-day Registration

The one-day registration fee includes full access to all plenary and concurrent sessions only on the day for which you register and access to the Exhibit Hall if it is open that day. It includes all-day refreshments, Wi-Fi throughout hotels and the convention center, and any general receptions or lunches on the day for which you register.

One-day registration is available for any of the meeting dates. You must register for the full conference if you plan to attend more than one day.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments made with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover will generate an automated registration confirmation via email and you will then be allowed to make a hotel reservation within the AAMC room block. Purchase orders are not accepted.

The option to pay by check is available through Friday, Sept. 20. A $50 service fee will be charged for all check payments and wire transfers. Check payments must be received by Friday, Oct. 4. If a check payment is not received by Friday, Oct. 4, your registration will be canceled, along with any housing reservations.

On-site Registration

You may register on-site at the AAMC Registration Desk beginning at 6 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 8. Individuals registering on-site must pay the registration fee by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Neither cash nor check will be accepted on-site.

An automated email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Attendees may modify their registration online at any time.

Substituting A Registration

Confirmed registrations may be transferred to a colleague in the event that the original registrant is unable to attend the meeting. The request for a registration transfer must be made by the original registrant. Email learnservelead@aamc.org with the name and email address of both the original and new registrant to substitute.

A Special Note For People With Disabilities

The AAMC wishes to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated, or otherwise treated differently from other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services. If you need auxiliary aids or services, please indicate during registration.

Personal Guests

If you have registered for the entire meeting (excluding students/residents and exhibitors), you may register a personal guest, limit to one per full-meeting attendee. The personal guest fee includes attendance at the following evening functions: the Welcome Reception on Friday, Nov. 8; the reception in the Exhibit Hall on Saturday, Nov. 9; and the Posters-Up and Wine-Down reception on Monday, Nov. 11. We also encourage personal guests to attend the wellness sessions offered throughout the meeting.

Guests will not have access to other meeting sessions or to the Exhibit Hall during daytime hours. Personal guests will not receive meeting materials. Business associates and staff members are not eligible as personal guests.
