GLOBAL MINDSET has been founded by Pradeep Khanna, an executive with over 25 years of management experience, He has been global delivery leader for IBM GBS Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) leveraging India, China, Philippines, Vietnam, Egypt, Romania, Brazil and Argentina for A/NZ.
Pradeep is a visiting faculty at a number of institutions in Australia, Singapore and India. He is/has been a mentor at University of New South Wales, Australia India Business Council and other organisations. He is a member of Mckinsey Executive Panel & Open Colleges Industry Advisory Committee.
Pradeep is a regular speaker at international conferences including SSON Singapore & Melbourne, IAOP Brisbane and many more. He is also Chairman of Royal Star and Director (Consulting) at Mindfield Consulting. Pradeep did his MBA from AGSM (UNSW), M.Sc Computer Science from UTS, & B Tech from IIT Delhi.
