Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change and if you are no longer able to attend this event you are able to transfer your registration to another person not currently registered. However if you need to cancel the registration the following policy applies.

 

Registrations cancelled:

• Before 30 June 2014 will receive a refund of the full registration fee less a processing fee of $100
• Between 1 July 2014 and 31 July 2014 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee paid
• After 31 July 2014 there will be no refund available.
