Question: I attended an earlier workshop. Will this workshop be the same or different? Answer: If you attended the M9 Road Show over the last year you will find this program very similar. You might be more interested in one of our other Akademie programs covering topics from Street photography, black & white photography or a Leica Weekend. However, because the locations used and presenting photographers change from location to location, each workshop is unique and there is always something new to learn. This program is focused on the M9 and perfect for recent purchasers or those wanting to experience the Leica rangefinder for the first time.

Question: I do not own a digital camera and know very little about editing in the computer. Will I still enjoy this workshop? Answer: Yes, As long as you have an interest in using the latest digital rangefinder from Leica and want to explore improving your photography, this workshop is for you.

Question: Will Leica be selling lenses at the event? Answer: No, This is an educational program. No equipment will be sold on site.

Question: How long will the outdoor shoot be? Answer: 2 hours

Question: I just bought an M9. Is this workshop right for me? Answer: Sure

Question: Time and location for the workshop? Who pays for parking at the venue? Answer: See the location summary. The attendee is responsible for all travel expenses to and from the venue.

Question: Should I bring a laptop? Answer: No, you will not need a laptop for this event.

Question: Should I bring my camera and lenses? Answer: Yes. This workshop is focused on the Leica M9 and we will provide loaner cameras during the program. But you are welcome to bring your own camera to shoot along with the M9.
