The Let's Do Lunch program is an opportunity for travel partners to spend time aboard a Norwegian Cruise Line ship, including a guided tour and lunch onboard. This program is open to Norwegian Cruise Line travel partners and participants in our best-in-class online training program, NCL U.
Every luncheon is hosted by a representative from the Norwegian Cruise Line sales team who will provide information regarding current promotions and personal insight into business development.

WELCOME BACK REWARDS
Travel partners may bring clients along as well, and not only can you bring customers, you can also ask them to deposit their next cruise up to 45 days after the lunch event. We are making it available to everyone attending a Let's Do Lunch event.
1. Place a $250 deposit - on a future cruise of six days or longer.
2. Book their Cruise - within the next four years.
3. They'll receive a $ 75.00 per stateroom shipboard credit on the cruise.

NOT TO BORE YOU WITH THE FINE PRINT,BUT...
We are incorporating a $30 per person fee to defray staffing, security and lunch costs. This fee is non-refundable after RSVP deadline.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER
Please have handy either your passport or driver's license, your credit card and your guest's legal name and passport/driver's license as well. Any false security details provided during registration will result in denied boarding on event day. Non-U.S guests need to provide a valid passport or resident card. We can accept only one credit card for both you and your guest(s). Please bring with you to the pier the same drivers license/passport used for registering both you and your guest(s), as these items will be required to be presented at check-in with security.
AFTER YOU REGISTER
Make sure to click the 'Finish' button at the very end of the registration process to make your registration official. You'll then receive a confirmation via the e-mail address provided. Print this page, as it gives you all the necessary information to cancel and will also serve as your admission ticket at the pier. Keep your confirmation page in a safe place and bring it with you on the day of the event. Non-U.S guests need to provide a valid passport of resident card.
A BIT MORE FINE PRINT
This invitation is open to bona-fide travel partners and up to three (3) guests.
Please note that you will be responsible for payment for any guests that you register.
This is a business meeting, thus agents and their customers must be adults - No one under age 21, please!
Your guests(s) may include another travel partner, family member, spouse, friend, customer, etc.
Norwegian Cruise Line is not responsible for parking.
ON EVENT DAY
On event day, you and your guest(s) must bring the following items with you to the pier:
* Driver's license or passport used for registration
* Printout of your registration confirmation page
Attire for 'Let's Do Lunch' events is business casual.
Please wear comfortable shoes, as there will be significant walking onboard (all guests are required to participate in the tour).
On occasion, Customs/Immigration may delay the arrival clearance of any vessel in any port of call. Should this happen, we ask that you be patient, as such circumstances are not within the control of our shoreside staff.
