The starting point for Level Two coach training is to recognise that the relationship that the coach forms with their counterpart is paramount to the success of the coaching encounter.
In Level Two attention moves from the foundational skills of organisational coach to the application of coaching skills in a broader context. This includes the landscape of the organisational coaching endeavour and your place within it, as well as how the “building blocks” of skills and tools can make something bigger when placed and positioned together.
Level Two focuses on developing an understanding of the importance of building rapport and trust in the coaching relationship, as well as empathetic and deep listening, demonstrated mindfulness and understanding the importance of mindfulness in developing the coaching relationship
