The Convening is intended to:
Provide an opportunity for state teams to hear from experts in the field on issues related to the early childhood workforce.
Allow state teams time to explore specific topics related to early childhood workforce.
Allow state teams the opportunity to work with one another on common early childhood workforce issues in a peer learning environment.
Participants from each of the state teams will have the opportunity to hear directly from the leading experts in the field on issues related to the early childhood workforce. Participants will also be provided with a dive deeper into specific topics and will work together with other state teams through peer learning opportunities.
