    Breakout Session - Academic Track
    The Academic Workshop Track is designed for young adults and clergy who are discerning, hearing, and/or responding to their call to express their gifts in the Academy. This session will be an opportunity to empower young leaders to discover what’s next after graduation, explore the tenants of transformative black pedagogy in academia, and engage their interests surrounding black thought and faith within education, academic writing, and professorship.

    Breakout Session - Entrepreneur
    The Entrepreneur Workshop Track is designed for young adults and clergy who are discerning, hearing, and/or responding to their call to express their gifts within the corporate sector. This session is ideal for those with an entrepreneurial spirit interested in areas such as, but not limited to church planting, for profit and not for profit organizational management, as well as, marketing and branding. This session should help young leaders explore where God is calling them to align their faith and business practice.

    Breakout Session - Seminarians and Young Clergy Track
    The Seminarian and Young Clergy Track is designed exclusively for seminarians and clergy who have answered their call to ministry and are currently or preparing to serve in a ministry setting. This session will be an opportunity to network with a panel consisting of Clinical Pastoral Care Educators, Campus Ministers, and Seasoned Clergy to learn proven strategies for growth and sustainable ministries. This session will empower young leaders to discover practical methods to achieve success in one's respective setting while exploring personal growth and development.

    Breakout Session - Social Justice Track
    The Social Justice Workshop Track is designed for young adults and clergy who are discerning, hearing, and/or responding to their call to express a commitment to social justice. This session will be an opportunity to empower young leaders to discover innovative ways for social justice as an expression of faith, explore social justice through a biblical lens, and develop transformational leadership to build/sustain social justice movements.

    Breakout Session- Ministry Track
    The Ministry Workshop Track is designed for young adults and clergy who are discerning, hearing, and/or responding to their call to express their gifts to lay or ordained ministry. This session will be an opportunity to empower young leaders to discover methods of spiritual formation, identifying call and purpose, as well as cultivating a balanced life. This session should help young leaders explore where God is calling them to serve, particularly in campus ministry, community, and within the United Methodist Church.
