Live Sound & PA Systems in Education


EDnet Logo small RGBPresented by Music EDnet, this is an informative session covering the latest in Live Sound technology specifically for school leaders and teachers.

Aimed at assisting you in choosing the best options for your whole school, the evening will look at a wide range of live sound requirements in education and what are the most relevant technologies to address them.

Main points that will be covered include:

  • The importance of sound in communications and learning and what good sound means
  • The most common situations for school, from personal voice reinforcement for teachers (OH&S) right through to sound for large assemblies, sports days and student performances
  • Understanding the latest technologies and making informed choices as well as providing opportunities for student involvement with live sound systems and extended learning activities

The evening will also be live-streamed on EDnet TV. For those wishing to join us on-line, please register as a Virtual Delegate and you will receive details about watching the event from wherever you are. We will also be recording the event, so as long as you register, you will be able to watch later at a time that suits you.

PD Certificates 

Professional Development certificates will be available for all attendees. Those attending in person will receive certificates via email after the event. Virtual attendees will have the option of completing a short assessment to obtain a PD certificate. Details will be emailed following the event.
