Description: In this webinar, we will focus on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy conceptualization and treatment strategies for managing uni-polar depression. CBT is a highly effective therapy in treating depression, and focused primarily on addressing negative thoughts, behavioural activation and modifying core beliefs.
