Tourism continues to play a vital role in supporting jobs and the wider London economy. Tourist coaches play a key part in that by efficiently and safely taking visitors to and from attractions, hotels and events.
The Tourist Coach Action Plan (TCAP) brings together key groups from across the coach industry, the tourist sector and the London boroughs to address the challenges facing the tourist coach industry.
This forum gives us the chance to get together and take a look back at everything we have achieved as part of the TCAP over the past 12 months, and take a look ahead to 2017 and beyond.
This year's forum takes place at the Prince of Wales Theatre, one of many locations visited by thousands of tourists arriving by coach every year.
