LUNCHEON:  Mid-Level donors: Heroes who Deserve More Love!

You know donor retention is a key priority for any fundraising program – especially for those mid-level donors with so much potential! But you just can’t seem to put those philanthropic heroes at the center of everything. Plagued with administrative problems and other issues, how can you cut through the distractions to get to what really matters? We'll cover several techniques you can implement right away, regardless of your technological know-how, to have clean data, a robust mid-level strategy and fewer disruptions so you can put the focus where you want it to be.

AFTERNOON WORKSHOP (optional):  Loving the Middle – A Donor-Centric Approach to Building a Mid-Level Giving Program

Midlevel Donors are the lifeline of a sustainable, robust giving program. They’ve shown you they care, but who are they and how do you keep them? This hands-on, deep dive into giving in the mid-range will examine the communication strategies and data constructs to identify, solicit and retain donors in the middle of the donor pyramid - and give you tools to implement right away.
