MACE! 2013 is allowing our incredible education to step into the spotlight by moving our Flipped Marketplace to the afternoon of Tuesday, February 5.  Now you can focus your efforts on absorbing stellar education with our full-day program on Wednesday, February 6.  Learn the latest industry trends, tools and skills you will need to produce successful events in our Rock Star education tracks including:

2. Encore Performance of the Flipped Marketplace.  

At MACE! 2013, inside the Flipped Marketplace, the name of the game is “business”.  Centered on the idea of coming together to learn about a new destination, product and/or service coupled with building a long standing relationship, the opportunities are endless. Courtesy of Elite Meetings International, participants in the Flipped Marketplace will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with qualified meeting professionals by advance appointment.  Both the meeting and supplier professionals can meet center stage to plan a course of action for the future and unleash their inner PMPI Rock Star.

New This Year- the Flipped Marketplace has a solo act on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 5, 2013. Qualified planners will get "VIP" access to MACE! 2013 to be a Flipped Marketplace participant. See registration pages for more details.

Guest Rooms
The guest room block at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park is sold out. 

The Omni Shoreham (across the street) is offering a block of guestrooms at a rate of $199  (plus occupancy tax) per night for single/double occupancy.  Please call 1-800-THE-OMNI to reserve you room now under the PMPI MACE block.  This rate is only available for a limited time so please reserve your guestroom today.

Please note there is a 72 hour cancelation on guest rooms at the hotel.


Parking

The Washington Marriott Wardman Park provided discounted parking for MACE! 2013 attendees.
$19 self parking per day/overnight

$34 for valet parking

Metro:
The Washington Marriott Wardman Park is across the street from the Woodley Park/National Zoo metro stop on the red line.

PMPI Gives Back at MACE!

The PMPI Community Outreach Committee, in conjunction with the American Red Cross, will be hosting a blood drive at MACE! 2013 and we need your help!

The American Red Cross will be collecting blood to support patients in over 60 local hospitals. All donations will remain in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

You participation is completely voluntary and very much appreciated.  Pre Registration is encouraged.

If you decide to donate once you arrive no worries. Rock Stars don't need to wait in line! Stop by the blood drive booth and get your “Rock Star Pass” to come back and cut the line later.
