This workshop is specifically targeted at those with leadership responsibility for managing continuous improvement and quality within a residential aged care organisation.
The aim of this workshop is to build on your existing knowledge and skills of the Accreditation Standards, Quality Agency and continuous improvement processes to achieve consistency and improved accreditation performance within your organisation.
In this workshop participants will be presented with challenging content and scenarios designed to enhance your skills to critically assess service delivery, manage systems and risk, undertake continuous improvement, use quality tools, analyse data effectively.
This course includes a pre-course learning module to complete prior to attending. It assumes prior knowledge and experience and is not suitable for those who have limited understanding of the Accreditation standards and process as outlined above. We would recommend the Understanding accreditation 2 day course for those new to accreditation.
