When managed effectively, conflict leads to growth, understanding and new opportunities. This interactive training will focus on increasing participants' confidence and capacity to effectively resolve conflict that occurs both with and between colleagues and residents. Mediation will be discussed, and resources for participants to use after the workshop will be provided. Note: This course fulfills the HUD RSC training requirement under the subject area – “Strategies for Communicating in Difficult Situations.”
