This three-day program offers Managers and Organization Development Practitioners practical, hands-on concepts and tools for working with the political, cultural and psychological factors involved in managing organization change. The workshop is led by two OD practitioners, each with over 30 years of experience consulting on organization change efforts in national and international settings.
PLEASE NOTE: PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A "REAL-LIFE" ORGANIZATION CHANGE PROJECT THAT THEY ARE INVOLVED WITH TO PRESENT AS A CASE STUDY DURING THE PROGRAM.
