As a President’s Club 2016 attendee, you and a guest are invited to the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita
in Punta Mita, Mexico. According to guest reviews, “It’s an amazing
property with the best service of all of the Four Seasons we have been to.
Incredible views, great golf courses and food that is to die for.” When
the reviews are this good, you know you’re in for a great trip! This
resort is located on a 1500-acre natural reserve on the northern tip of
the Bahia de Banderas which is one of the world’s largest natural bays, with nine miles of pristine white sand and rugged lava rock formations. Rising in the background are the jungle peaks of the Sierra Madre

functions including evening events, must be 18 years or older, NO
EXCEPTIONS. One adult guest per company function/activity. If you plan to bring children who are under 18, click here to visit the resort’s website for fun activities for kids. Any cost for children’s activities will be at your expense.
What’s included in the trip
Manhattan Associates covers your hotel for the designated nights; round-trip, coach-class flights for you and your guest; and all
company-sponsored events and company-sponsored meals. (Manhattan
Associates will cover the cost of your guest’s flight up to the dollar
amount that your flight will cost from your home base. Any cost over
this amount will be the responsibility of you or your guest.)
Upon your arrival you will receive a USD $500 gift card to
help pay for any non-company sponsored meals and events. Anything you
spend over the cash gift will be your responsibility. You will receive
your cash at the Hospitality Desk along with other materials. In addition, you will have a $100.00 food and beverage credit applied to your room.
Your guest room at the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is covered for the
designated nights of the trip (January 4, 5, 6). Should you want to
extend your trip, additional nights may be available so please include
the correct arrival and departure dates on the form you submit. You
should confirm that the extended hotel dates are indeed available before
booking your flight(s) by contacting Lisa Burton. She will contact the
hotel and make arrangements for you and your guest, if rooms are
available at the time we receive your request. Extra beds and cribs are

Please book your flight to Mexico's Puerto Vallarta
International Airport (PVR). Please re-confirm your flight numbers and
times with your airline 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure, as
schedules may change. It is important that you arrive
at the airport at least two hours before departure to provide ample
time to check-in, obtain boarding passes and proceed through security.
All air travel by US-based employees must be requested through this President’s Club website and booked by a Teplis Travel agent. Travel for employees based outside of the US should be booked by the agency used for your standard Manhattan Associates business travel. These resources will enable you to get the best route while taking advantage of volume
Note: Be sure you have the proper and up-to-date documentation that is required for travel to Mexico.
Transportation from Airport
Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is approximately 45 minutes / 25 miles from the Four Seasons Punta Mita. If you are arriving on January 4, transportation will be provided to the hotel. Look for Tropical Incentives representatives holding Manhattan Associates President’s Club 2016 signs. Tropical Incentives staff will be wearing dark blue shirts and khaki pants. Return transportation from the hotel to the airport will be provided for those departing on January 7 only. Departure details will be provided to you on-site. If
you are arriving on any day other than January 4, or departing on any
day other than January 7, you can hire a taxi outside of the airport
terminal ($75 each way) or you can arrange ground transportation in
advance through Concierge Services at the hotel at a cost of $85.00. To make these arrangements, contact the Four Seasons Punta Mita concierge via email at email@example.com.
Once at the hotel, leave your luggage with the Bell Staff at the main entrance and proceed to the special hotel check-in desk designated for President’s Club guests in the Tuturi Room, to the right of the hotel lobby. During check-in, please provide a credit card for incidental hotel charges. Following check-in, visit the Manhattan Associates Hospitality Desk to
pick up your spending money, name badges (required for attendees), and
additional trip information. The Manhattan Associates Hospitality Desk is also located in the Tuturi Room and
will be open Monday through Thursday during the event. Please see the agenda for times. We will be able to assist you with local
information, restaurant reservations, excursion scheduling, etc.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Should you require a late check-out on your departure day, additional
fees may apply and are not covered by Manhattan Associates.
Food and Beverage
Breakfast is NOT included in the room rate at this resort. Any food and
beverage outside of company-sponsored meals will be your
responsibility. For non-company-sponsored meals there are some fabulous

Gratuities and Tipping
Gratuities will be included for all company-sponsored functions. For times when you are on
your own during the trip, tipping will be at your discretion and your
expense. Standard tip is 15% to 20%.
Resort casual attire will be appropriate for the entire trip. You may want to bring a light jacket or sweater for cooler evenings. Dressier resort attire is appropriate for the Awards Dinner but note that suits, jackets, and ties are not required for any of the functions. Jeans and tennis shoes or sneakers are not appropriate for the Awards Dinner. Some activities will take place on the beach or in a grassy area, so you’ll want to pack appropriate footwear.
You are not required to submit vacation time to cover the official dates of the trip (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, January 4, 5, 6). Of course, if you are extending your stay before or after these dates and your extension dates fall over normal work days, then you will be required to take vacation to cover the additional days.
