MAPPA 2018 Annual Conference

MAPPA Power: Keep Facilities Rockin'

October 14-18, 2018
Hosted by Cleveland State University
The Cleveland Renaissance Marriott Downtown, Cleveland, Ohio

We invite you to the 2018 MAPPA Annual Conference hosted by Cleveland State University. We are excited to bring all of our colleagues from public and private universities, community colleges, K-12 schools, hospitals, and museums together this year for a great opportunity to learn, network, share, and discover together. We hope you will take this time to invest in yourself and join us to network with colleagues from the seven states that make up the MAPPA region: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

We invite you to bring a new friend or colleague along as we have prepared a great program to meet the needs of all who attend. As a reminder, MAPPA will also be hosting the following professional development opportunities:

MAPPA Conference (October 14-8). This conference will provide an opportunity for outstanding educational sessions, along with opportunities to interact with other facilities professionals in an easy, relaxed setting. The average MAPPA conference attendance is between 175-200.

Supervisor's Toolkit (October 14 through noon on October 18). This training has been specifically designed to meet the needs of facilities management professionals, and provides a structured, open-ended, and pragmatic approach to developing supervisors. It is not so much a teaching program as a development process, designed to help supervisors grow both personally and professionally. Registration is $550.

Business Partner Exhibit Hall (October 15-16). As part of the conference, opportunities exist to circulate and meet our supporting Business Partners, gather relevant facilities information, and make new business contacts for your facility. Early bird registration is $1,800 until June 30th, 2018.

Night Out at The Rock N Roll Hall of Fame (October 16th) - Please be sure to join us and sign up for the Tuesday Night out.  There is a $10 fee and it will be an outstanding opportunity to network along with viewing the history of Rock N Roll as we have the Museum to ourselves that night!!!!
