Joe has worked in leadership positions in the non-profit sector for over twenty years. He was previously the Executive Director of the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation in New York City. the Vice President, Marketing & Communications for the national office of the American Lung Association, Senior Director of Marketing and Cause-Marketing for the national office of the American Red Cross, and Vice President, Development for the national office of Reading Is Fundamental. Joe has taught non-profit marketing at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He has served on the boards of Taproot and Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow. Joe began his marketing career in brand management at Procter & Gamble and Heinz USA following graduation from business school. Joe’s B.A. is from Boston College School of Arts & Sciences, and he holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business of Columbia University.
