Speaker Bios:
Kay Neidlinger is the Vice President of Communications for the Indiana Credit Union League, where she has worked for more than 15 years. Among other responsibilities, she is the League contact for credit union marketers and communicators, working with them to promote credit unions and their products and services to a variety of audiences. She has held several marketing positions in financial services organizations during her career, and she currently represents credit unions on the board of directors of the Indiana Cooperative Development Center.
Tim Pierce is a Senior Consultant at the Indiana Credit Union League. Prior to joining the Consulting and Education Department at the League, Tim was the Vice President of Operations at Ball State FCU, leading the credit union in lending and compliance. He has also worked with large credit unions like Teachers Credit Union as their Indirect Lending Manager and was the Vice President of Operations at Afena FCU. Altogether, he has over 25 years of experience with lending, compliance, and strategic management. Tim has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and has attended several CUNA Schools.

This seminar is designed for anyone at an affiliated credit union whose responsibilities include lending marketing or strategic planning.
