CREDIT: 16 hrs. Lecture/Participation
Course Narrative:Masters Candidate Dentists will discuss increasing vertical dimension and restoring complex/comprehensive cases. During the first three Masters Candidate Courses, they will have been collaborating together as they restore complex cases. They will now revisit the keys to predictably restoring these difficult cases, as well as how to avoid problems, how to effectively plan treatment sequencing, pricing and technical fine points. Their ongoing cases will be reviewed and discussed.
Masters Candidate Dentists will discuss anterior and posterior implants in detail, including terminology, the specific parts of the implant process, techniques and how to most effectively work with an implant surgeon and dental implant laboratory. They will discuss who does what and who supplies which components during an implant procedure. An outstanding implant surgeon and implant technical representative will facilitate this course, featuring examples of each individual part and instrument. The objective of this session is to totally understand the implant process and make it predictable.
