Since 1983, the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Health and Human Services has organized annual conferences targeting public health issues of emerging concern to medical practitioners throughout the State. This year's conferences continue this tradition, and will offer engaging plenary sessions with breakout sessions highlighting emerging and existing issues, particularly as they impact the Maine medical community.
