Matt Bocian
Matt Bocian is currently the GME tech team lead at the Cleveland Clinic with a primary focus of ensuring MedHub excellence throughout the GME department and training programs. With previous international experience in industrial manufacturing and an MBA with a focus on Business Analytics, data is the name of the game. A passionate believer in listening to understand and challenging the norm, I believe we are in the midst of an incredible time of transition within both healthcare and GME. I view the data available within MedHub as a fantastic opportunity to study, understand and create stronger relationships with our customers throughout GME and the Cleveland Clinic hospital system. As a lifelong learner and infinitely curious person, I enjoy presenting information to others and discussing its meaning, impact, and possibilities. Better data, better insight, better decisions.
Allison Brewer
Allison Brewer is a born-and-raised Seattlite who relocated to Portland, OR and the OHSU community of Graduate Medical Education in 2016. Since joining GME, Allison has played a key role in OHSU’s MedHub team and leads the institution in programmatic outreach, best practices and standardizing Medhub operations across the institution. Allison comes from a background in customer service and streamlining operations within academic medicine, and having received her Fine Arts degree, she brings a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving and systems optimization. She enjoys photographing her adventures outdoors, horseback riding at local barns, and spreading Disney magic around the office.
Brett Bullard, M.S.E.
Brett Bullard is the Coordinator of Pharmacy Practice Experiences in the Office of Experiential Education at McWhorter School of Pharmacy. He previously held the position of Program Coordinator for Preceptor Relations in McWhorter School of Pharmacy. Prior to joining McWhorter School of Pharmacy, he served on staff at Samford University’s Academy of the Arts. He graduated from Samford University in 2014, with Bachelor of Science in Education, cum laude. He acquired his Master of Science in Education focusing on policy, organizations, and leadership in 2017.
Colin Burton
Colin is a Software Developer for MedHub working on the MedHub product at the Dexter, MI office. He has been with MedHub for two years and has a decade of experience working on web applications, with a particular passion for infrastructure and software architecture. A diverse background of a degree in Microbiology with some time spent on the marketing and sales side of software gives him a unique perspective on approaching complex requirements and finding solutions and aids him in translating technical information to bridge communication between MedHub teams.
Cindy Carruth
Cindy Carruth is a Systems Manager at Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education. Cindy has held multiple roles working with graduate medical education at Mayo Clinic since 2000. Cindy is the primary GME contact for MedHub and in her current role is focused on analyzing and implementing new functionality, auditing data, standardizing MedHub usage, supporting users, and facilitating and working alongside the MedHub Admin Team to optimize the program use of MedHub. Cindy has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and Communications from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN.

Daniel Casillas-Villamizar
Daniel Casillas-Villamizar is the GME Institutional Administrator at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Daniel has been with the Office of Graduate Medical Education since July 2014 where he has been instrumental in the management of MedHub. UT Southwestern implemented MedHub-GME in 2013.

Ashley Cordor
Ashley is originally from Saginaw, Michigan. After graduating from Michigan State University she moved to the Metro-Detroit area. She joined the MedHub team as an Implementation Project Manager in 2018 and enjoys working with both our GME and UME clients to set up their MedHub site. Prior to MedHub, Ashley managed software implementations for a human resources software company.
Mary Dishaw
Mary Dishaw is a GME/Reimbursement Consultant with Ascend Learning for the MedHub and eValue products. She has a unique work experience that allows her to bridge residency programs, GME Offices and Hospital Finance with regards to Residency Reimbursement. She initially started as a program administrator over 30 years ago. Mary progressed to a GME Office and eventually tracked over 1300 trainees across 5 GME Offices for 26 providers/hospitals. This centralized consortium tracking involved her in every aspect of IRIS, including, but not limited to, audits and cost report data. Although IRIS has been a strong focus her entire career, she has also had the opportunity to work with billing at the University of Minnesota as well as with numerous clients over the years. Because Mary has had the opportunity to work in all these areas, she's very familiar with each of their concerns and focal interests. This allows her to currently work with institutions to ensure they have the best workflow and time-saving measures regarding resident education as well as accurate financial reporting. Mary's history has led her to currently participate in the vendor meeting with CGI (CMS contractor) and she continues to research new financial reporting needs of the clients. Her presentations will focus on Billing setup, VA billing, IRIS data review & consultation services in the MedHub product.
Erin Dung
Erin is a Senior Client Service Consultant at MedHub in Minneapolis, where she has worked for more than seven years. Erin has attention to detail that allows her to provide expertise to other staff and clients. Through support calls and emails, special projects, and travel to client sites, Erin interacts directly with MedHub and eValue clients to walk clients through the software products and assist with software needs. She enjoys training clients, troubleshooting any issues to resolve technical inquiries, as well as using documentation of software processes to drive self-sufficient clients.

Maxwell Kofi Dziku
Maxwell Dziku is an Instructional Designer with MedHub. Maxwell’s primary role is delivering learning solutions for users of 2 platforms (eValue and MedHub). Maxwell is passionate about providing effective learning solutions to help people learn and do their job better and has nearly a decade of teaching/training experience with two advanced degrees, MSc. Educational Leadership and MA Educational Technology from Concordia University of Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan, Flint, respectively.

His interests include gamification, educational technology, and photography.

Lori Ezzell
Lori Ezzell began her career as a pharmaceutical sales representative in Houston, Texas. She then moved on to an administrative position at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston where she has worked for the past 25 years; 21 of those years in medical education. She participated in the beta-test of eValue in 2006 and has been the lead eValue administrator for the Baylor College of Medicine Undergraduate Medical Education program since that time. She loves to make hand-made greeting cards and visit wineries with her husband of 18 years.

Rhea Fortune
Rhea Fortune joined MedHub in June 2019 as the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Consultant. Rhea came to MedHub with more than 20 years of experience in GME; spending the last 12 years at Duke Hospital as the Manager and Institutional Coordinator for the Office of GME. In addition to managerial duties at Duke, her prime focus was supporting programs in accreditation activities. This included the Annual Program Evaluation (APE), accreditation visits, and self-study preparation and visits. Ms. Fortune has participated in several focus groups, expert panels, and led informational and instructional sessions regarding accreditation, streamlining processes, and administrator well-being. She is passionate about helping institutions and programs partner with MedHub to become more efficient and prepared to meet the ACGME’s robust program and institutional requirements. Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Rhea now resides in Raleigh North Carolina and is thrilled to be a part of the MedHub team.

Monique Pilar Frazier
Monique is the Director of the Data Analysis Center at Howard University College of Medicine. She implemented eValue in 2008 for the 3rd year clerkships but has grown its usage to include all 4 years of UME. She oversees both Basic Science and Clinical UME Assessments, Calculation of grades, ranks and MSPE data, Reporting student performance to Deans, Tracking Accreditation Standards and Data, Evaluation and Survey Development, Administration of eValue, Blackboard, and Examsoft. She also conducts training and workshops for the Health Science Enterprise for faculty.
Becky Gerace
Becky Gerace has worked with MedHub since 2014 training and supporting several MedHub GME and UME clients as a Senior Client Support Consultant. Prior to working with MedHub, Becky worked as a district trainer for a large retail pharmacy chain where she oversaw training of pharmacy and front-end staff in their being successful in the learning of new processes. Becky currently lives in Howell, Michigan with her husband Tim, daughter Avery and dog Cooper.
Oscar Gusman
Oscar Gusman is a GME/Reimbursement Consultant with Ascend Learning for the MedHub and eValue products. He initially started working as a member of the Client Service Support team in August 2008 and transitioned to the Finance team in September 2012; this is when he fully started focusing on IRIS and Affiliate Billing. Thanks to the experience he acquired over the years working directly with Mary Dishaw, as well as with other in-training experiences that include participating in the vendor meeting with CGI (CMS contractor), he is now a full-time GME/Reimbursement Consultant in the MedHub company. Oscar's primary focus is to help clients run their Medicare IRIS reports & Affiliate Billing. He helps bridge the gap at institutions regarding education and teaching hospital costs, finding more efficient and cost-saving methodologies to reduce inefficiency and increase FTEs and money.

Jim Henkel
Jim Henkel has been in his present position at USJ since 2009, when the School of Pharmacy was founded. Prior to this, he was a faculty member and administrator at the University of Connecticut. USJ has been using eValue since 2011, when its first Pharmacy class matriculated.

Jim's focus at USJ is on both curriculum and assessment, particularly data-driven decision making in USJ's accelerated three-calendar year PharmD program.

Timothy G. Howell
Timothy G. Howell, Ed.D., ATC, PES, CES, CSCS
Dr. Howell is an Assistant Professor at Saint Louis University in the Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. His primary role at the University is to serve as the Athletic Training Program’s Clinical Education Coordinator (CEC). Additionally, Dr. Howell is the course coordinator for the Applied Decision Making in Interprofessional Practice course within the Saint Louis University Undergraduate Interprofessional Education (IPE) program.
Dr. Howell received his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Augustana College (SD), his Master of Arts Degree from Western Michigan University and his Doctorate in Education Administration from the University of South Dakota.
His interests include teaching with technology, creating new clinical opportunity partnerships for students, mountain biking and bouldering.

Jennifer Junker
Jennifer Junker has worked with MedHub since 2013 and has implemented, trained, and supported several MedHub GME and UME clients. Jennifer currently lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with her husband, two dogs, and two cats.
Barbara Kirby, C-TAGME
Barb Kirby is a Senior Program Administrator at the West Virginia University School of Medicine Transitional Year Residency Program and is also a member of the central Graduate Medical Education staff. Barb has been a program administrator since 2002 and began using eValue in 2003. As a member of the central GME staff, she is the point person for the Orientation and On-Boarding of incoming residents institution-wide and is a member of the eValue support team at West Virginia University School of Medicine.

Michele Knoll Friesinger
Michele Knoll Friesinger serves as the Assistant Dean of the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine Office of Assessment, Evaluation, and Quality Improvement where she oversees the operations and leadership of the COM Assessment, Evaluation, and Quality Improvement initiatives which provides the College with effective and accurate assessments of student learning and the medical education curriculum. In this role she is also the College of Medicine’s eValue Superuser where she oversees eValue, provides training, data analysis expertise and responsive customer service to all stakeholders within the College. She has worked with eValue for over 8 years. She also has 10 years’ experience in medical education research (working collaboratively with other medical education institutions), health education research, risk assessments, and program evaluation. Michele has given over 25 National and Regional presentations.

Ken Kosior, EdD, PT, MPT, ATC
Dr. Kosior is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Quinnipiac University where he also serves as the School of Health Sciences Director of Outcomes Assessment. He holds a Doctorate in Education with emphasis in teaching and learning theory from University of St. Augustine. His research interests include assessment for effective teaching and learning in health profession education, the role of metacognitive awareness in teaching clinical reasoning, and how various pedagogical practices to enhance health profession student cognition.
Anna Lama
Anna Lama is the Director of Assessment at West Virginia University School of Medicine in the UME and GME departments. She is responsible for all curricular evaluation and assessment, the development and implementation of curriculum and faculty instructional support in UME. She has authored papers and texts that focus on curriculum development and course design, and she has presented at national conferences on faculty development and peer observation. Her EdD research includes interest in creating longitudinal teaching skills rotations for fourth-year medical students.
Greg Lee
Greg Lee has been with the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences since 2005 and has overseen their implementation and evolution of the use of eValue from 2010 to today. His background prior to that was in secondary education and property management.
Cherie Lewis
Cherie Lewis is the accreditation manager and MedHub super user within the institutional GME office at the University of California Los Angeles. She oversees the administration of the accreditation process for the institution and 89 individual residency and fellowship programs and manages the administration and continued implementation of MedHub. Her career in GME began 13 years ago in the Pediatric Residency Program at UCLA. After almost ten years, she became the Pediatric Fellowships Program Advisor at UCLA where she was the administrative lead for strategic planning and oversight of the 14 Pediatric Fellowship Programs. She received both her BS in Physiological Science and her Masters in Public Health, Health Policy and Management, from UCLA and is a proud double Bruin.
Bill Mulcahy
Bill recently joined MedHub earlier this year as a client success manager. He previously worked in the UME Dean's Office at the University of Chicago and has experience with both eValue and MedHub. He enjoys hiking and can recommend a few trails near Denver.

Catie Perry
Catie is a Records Management Specialist for Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been with the college for over 6 years. She earned her BS from Eastern Michigan University and is currently pursuing her MA from Ohio University. She manages medical student's records, grades, and eValue responsibilities and offers support to clinical education staff. She has created or assisted in the creation of numerous new procedures and coursework in eValue. In her spare time, Catie enjoys knitting, spending time with her husband and cats, and is an avid runner. Her next half-marathon is this weekend.

Sean Phillips
Sean Phillips is the Assistant Director of Evaluation and Accreditation for the University of South Florida College of Nursing. Sean is responsible for oversight of the accreditation efforts for the College of Nursing as well as assessment and evaluation initiatives. Sean has presented at multiple national conferences focusing on curriculum mapping and evaluation data analytics. Sean is currently finalizing his doctoral work with an emphasis on curriculum mapping in medical education.

Jeremy Podczerwinski
Jeremy has been working in the GME Office at the University of Chicago since late 2017 as a Data Integrity Analyst - a role that sees him working closely with all the institution's programs in regards to MedHub implementation and maintenance. Additionally, he is engaged in various institution-wide data-based projects, from accreditation reporting to compliance reviews.
Kristine Polzin
Kristine Polzin has worked in Product for nearly a decade. Her career in Product has ranged in different capacities from being a Fortune 500 Retail Buyer of Products, a Product Manager for a Fortune 500 Enterprise Suite of Apps to a Senior Product Manager of Enterprise Business Leads SAAS solution. During her Product career, she has launched 3 successful User Research Programs, launched 3 Enterprise level SAAS platforms, with Human Center Design & consistent User Experience at the center of her team's decisions. Kristine has also had the opportunity to chair and improve internal processes to build the best internal teams/partnerships to retrieve optimal results. Her role at MedHub is to strategically drive Product Design that is simplistic, clear, useful, consistent, accessible and tested.
Tina Redd
Tina Redd has been part of the MedHub team for more than a decade. As the Training Director at MedHub, Tina is responsible for ensuring exemplary training processes, tools, resources, and opportunities are in place for clients and internal teams alike. From onboarding programs to webinars, these opportunities are in place to increase engagement and adoption. Perhaps the largest endeavor is the development of the Learning Portal, an online interactive learning platform specializing in delivering interactive coursework for both MedHub and eValue.

Tina comes from a diverse educational background; Tina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Master of Science in Education degree in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University. She is currently working to complete a Doctor of Education degree in Adult Teaching and Learning.

Alyson Reighley
Alyson Reighley has 18 years of experience in the field of graduate medical education and has been Residency Management Systems Administrator in the University of Washington GME office since 2005. She oversees the use of MedHub for the institution, where she focuses on system optimization for users and works to improve administrative workflow so that people can focus more of their time on supporting educationally meaningful activities.
Meagan Senesac
Meagan holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Higher Education and has over 10 years of experience working in the higher education market. She comes to MedHub from IU Health where she worked as a Team Lead in their Clinical Decision Support team, and prior to that spent two years at IU School of Medicine where she managed a Business Intelligence team and assisted with LCME accreditation.
Maya Severson
Maya Severson has worked in higher education for ten years and is primarily focused on the academic healthcare field. She received her Master’s degree in Public Health in 2012 and has had the pleasure of working in Graduate Medical Education at Oregon Health and Science University for the past five years. During this time she has focused on the recruitment and retention of diverse candidates within residency and fellowship programs and streamlining current processes within GME. Maya was recently appointed Director of Operations for GME at OHSU and is integral to improving trainee compliance and HR management across the institution. She enjoys embroidering feminist slogans and doing domestic things with her husband, baby and English lab.

Ashley Smith
Ashley Smith has been a GME Coordinator at the University of Tennessee, Graduate School of Medicine for the past nine years. In 2016, Ashley managed the implementation process of MedHub for her institution. She is the institution-wide trainer and is responsible for monitoring each program's performance of the software.
Jennifer Strang
Jenny has been supporting MedHub clients for the past five years.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Marna Stilley
Marna Stilley leads the implementation team for eValue. As an implementation project manager Marna analyzes client needs, manages training, and empowers adoption of the eValue software. Before coming to MedHub Marna spent eight years as an eValue superuser for a large medical university. She spent time as the Director of Evaluation and Assessment at the College of Medicine and the Director of Educational Assessment Systems in the Provost's Office. She also served as a business analyst in the Office of the CIO. Throughout these roles, Marna utilized her higher education experience and knowledge of eValue to ensure best practice in system utilization across all colleges. She is thrilled to be a part of MedHub and work with such wonderful clients every day!

Sydni Franks Thomas
Sydni is the Residency Management System Administrator at Indiana University School of Medicine. In that role, Sydni focuses on GME MedHub administration, oversees training opportunities for program coordinators, directors, and trainees, collaborates with hospital affiliates for trainee onboarding and orientation requirements, and manages the GME Office's pages on the IU School of Medicine website. Leveraging experience in instructional design, educational technology, and data analysis, Sydni shifted to GME after having worked as a secondary Spanish teacher in Chicago and Indianapolis.
Cassie Tortorici
Cassie has been the Anesthesia Program Administrator at UMass for just about 3 years now. In 2018, she was part of the implementation team to bring MedHub to her entire institution. Since then, she has been the go-to for her fellow coordinators for all things MedHub, especially Evaluations. In her spare time, Cassie performs as a standup comedian, improv actor, and singer.
Alexandra Turner
Alexandra is a relatively new member of the MedHub team and is excited to participate in her first user conference. As a member of the implementation team, she analyzes client needs, manages training, and empowers client adoption of our software. Prior to MedHub, Alexandra worked as an education coordinator for a community hospital. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing volleyball and watching silly cat videos.
