Reston is near three major Washington-area airports:
Dulles International Airport (IAD):
The airport closest to the conference, approximately ten minutes away by car. The Hyatt Regency offers free shuttle service to and from the hotel and Dulles. The shuttle picks up guests at the airport every hour on the hour from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm, no reservations required. The hotel shuttle stops for guests on both ends of the main terminal at Levels 2A and 2H. Shuttles from the hotel to the airport run hourly from 5:45 am to 9:45 pm.
Reagan National Airport (DCA):
About thirty minutes by car from the conference. Attendees arriving at Reagan National can take one of the following to the Hyatt Regency Reston:
By Taxi: Approximately 30 minutes, at $60-$70 for one passenger.

Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI):
Carriers often feature lower cost flights to BWI although it is the farthest from the conference. The airport is about an hour by car to the Hyatt. Taxi service is available at a cost of about $100, or by Super Shuttle at about $60, for one passenger. Reservations can be made at 800-258-3826.
