Presenter Guidelines

Preparation and Publication of Papers

While a PowerPoint presentation is a perfectly acceptable format, we do encourage presenters to write a paper and thus receive the appropriate publication and professional recognition.  MFPT publishes conference proceedings containing all papers that are accepted and received by the deadline.  An electronic set of proceedings will be made available as part of your conference registration.

Principal authors of accepted abstracts will find full instructions on how to prepare their papers, if applicable, under Author Guidelines on the MFPT web site.  Authors must submit their final papers to MFPT HQ and pay the required registration fee by Monday, 5 March 2018.

For all papers published in the proceedings, a speaker will be required to attend the Conference, present the paper, and pay the required registration fee. Publication of the paper is contingent upon the payment of the fee on time.

For any questions regarding submission of paper for proceedings, please contact susan@mfpt.org
