Intro Workshop

Showing Up: Introduction to Mindful Writing (workshop)
Registration Deadline: September 6th

In mindfulness meditation, we set aside time each day to show up to our practice.
We are present to our thoughts, emotions and feelings without judgment. What
happens when we bring that same attention to our writing? In this introductory
workshop, we will explore the benefits of mindful writing through a mix of meditation
and writing exercises. We will focus our attention and free our imaginations. No prior mindfulness or writing experience required. Be sure to bring paper and pen!
