While individual practice is essential to making mindfulness a part of our daily lives, group support strengthens our commitment to ourselves and deepens our understanding. A community of practitioners offers support and opportunity for bringing mindfulness more fully into everyday life. It is hour hope that these sessions will help you to continue with formal practice in a group.
Our mindfulness group practice sessions include:
Important Change: This round of Mindfulness Group Practice sessions (which falls between our Fall and Winter program schedule, will be offered weekly via teleconference-- rather than in person at community locations.
Requirements and Commitments:
Entry into the program assumes participants have experience with mindfulness. Participants should be actively maintaining an ongoing mindfulness practice and have a desire to apply mindfulness in real life situations. It is your personal commitment that will give this community its power.
Call Access: Once you register, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will contain a toll-free conference call number and an access code. If you register for more than one call please retain this email as it will not be automatically resent each week.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be no call on December 6th or December 27th.
Cost: $10 per session*
Cancellation/Refund Policy: You may cancel your registration by contacting us until 24 hours prior to the commencement of the program. After this date there will be no refunds, no exceptions.
*This fee supports our operating costs for the program. If you are experiencing a financial hardship, there is an option to join a call at no cost.
