We know there is a link between sleep and health, particularly mental health, and we are bombarded with information on how to help teens sleep better, but what do we know about what truly has been shown to work? Dr. Colleen Carney, Director of the Sleep and Depression Laboratory will briefly present on teen sleep and the state of the evidence with regard to teen sleep health.
This brief presentation will be followed by a question and answer period where teens and parents can ask questions about sleep.
