Course Overview
This online course is designed for anyone required to work on or around transport refrigeration equipment. The objectives of this program are to familiarize yourself with the major components in the ThinLINE unit's:
Upon completion of this module, you will take a final exam in which you must achieve a passing score of 70% or better to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Registration:
Fill out the registration forms carefully and completely, in particular the email address that will be used to confirm and accept registrations. The information provided will be used to send student confirmation with the course enrollment key and to create the course completion certificate. By enrolling in any Carrier training course, the registrant acknowledges and agrees that Carrier Corporation and its affiliates and/or its third party vendor (“collectively, Carrier”) may disclose the registrant’s name and employer as well as the registrant’s individual performance results from the course to the registrant’s employer, Carrier and any authorized Carrier dealer.
Confirmation:
A confirmation that your registration has been received will be automatically generated and sent to the email address you provided when you submit the registration form.
This confirmation will contain an enrollment key and a link to the Learning Management System (LMS) where you can access the course. If you have not previously registered in the LMS you will be prompted to create an account. Enter the enrollment key in the LMS in order to access the course materials.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
As online courses are immediately available and the registration email contains the required enrollment key to access the course in our Learning Management System (LMS) the course fee is not refundable.
In the event a request for refund of the fee for an online course is approved by Carrier in its sole discretion, reimbursement will not include the costs incurred to process the registration and refund. Total reimbursement will be $29.84 less $9.68 for a total refund of $20.16.
General Policies and Information
Carrier reserves the right to decline any registration submitted for a course.
Course fees are stated and payable in U.S. dollars.
Payment is required by credit card when registering.
Charges are immediately incurred when registering as the confirmation email contains the enrollment key for the course.
If reference is needed to a PO number, this should be entered on the registration form.
Carrier reserves the right to change, remove or cancel courses in its sole discretion. In these cases, notification will be sent electronically to the registrants.
Carrier assumes no liability for removal, change or cancellation of courses, regardless of the reason. Any ancillary costs related to the student taking a course are the responsibility of the student and/or the employer. If a course is permanently removed or cancelled, Carrier Transicold liability is limited to the refund of the course fee ONLY. Carrier reserves the right to dismiss any student from a course for misuse of the system, disruptive or inappropriate behavior. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
