Non-Member Attendance Policy

MPIOC Policy states that non-members may attend up to TWO (2) meetings or events within a year before joining. After two meetings you must become a member of MPI to continue attending our Chapter meetings and events.

Cancellation Policy

Per MPIOC policy, registrations must be canceled a MINIMUM of ten (10) days prior to an event to be eligible for a refund or credit, or within 24 hours of placing a registration if made less than ten days from the event. If a registration is made with the option to pay at the door or by sending a check, it shall be considered a "promise to pay." Non-attendance at an event or failure to show up shall not qualify for refund or credit, nor will it nullify any balances due relating to registration. All registration balances must still be paid in full.

Photography Release

While attending the event, your image or likeness may be captured in photography, video or audio. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions grants MPIOC permission to use your image or likeness in promotional and marketing materials, website, email broadcast or other any other communication format. Use of your image or likeness shall be without expectation of rights to ownership, compensation or royalties.
