"From Surviving to Thriving: The Executive Director and Development Director Relationship" featuring Virginia Ann Wright, MBA, CFRE, Wright Consulting. Virginia is a nonprofit executive with deep experience in nonprofit management and consulting. Her workshop will explore how the relationship between the Executive Director/CEO and Director of Development/CDO impacts turnover and fundraising effectiveness. Virginia's firm, Wright Consulting, has provided strategic planning, fund development, and marketing planning services to nonprofit organizations throughout the Monterey Bay and Silicon Valley regions.
