Question: Will the 2021 conference be in-person or virtual?
Answer:

The 2021 conference will be a virtual experience.

  • Though we hoped to be able to offer an in-person option, based on health and safety concerns the format was modified on January 13, 2021 to a fully virtual experience.
  • If an attendee was originally registered for in-person participation, details were automatically updated to virtual.
  • The conference website will be updated often with program updates as required.
Question: What is the conference rate?
Answer:

$550 (September 30, 2020 – April 9, 2021). $625 (April 9, 2021  – May, 13, 2020).

Question: Will my registration allow for others from my institution to access the conference?
Answer:
  • No. As much as we would love to have as many people as possible experience the conference, in the interest of fairness to the many institutions which have already processed multiple registrations, and based on the volume of programming for the 2021 event on May 10-13 and accessible on demand for 90 days post program, as well as the amount of engagement opportunities that will be provided, the conference policy allows for 1 registration payment  to equal only 1 attendee.
