The 2021 conference will be a virtual experience. 

• Though we hoped to be able to offer an in-person option, based on health and safety concerns the format was modified on January 13, 2021 to a fully virtual experience. 
• If an attendee was originally registered for in-person participation, details were automatically updated to virtual. 
• The conference website will be updated often with program updates as required.

• No, there is no limit to virtual participation by any single individual cancer center.

• Participation includes: Access to the attendee list, the mobile app, session content as PDF documents, one-on-one connections with attendees and sponsors, more than 15 hours over 2 and a half days of of live streamed programming requiring specialized audio and visual equipment (high volume internet bandwidth, pre-program recording and editing, real time operational technicians), customized networking opportunities (30-year trivia challenge, NACCDO-PAMN bingo, scavenger hunt), office hours with all presenters and partners, and 35 plus hours of on demand content for 90-days post program. 

• All 2020 deferred attendees were sent a deferment code by leslie@dfievents.com on 9.23.20 to use with a 2021 registration.
• To have your deferment code re-sent, email leslie@dfievents.com. 
• 2020 deferment certificates are eligible for the original attendee or an alternative from the same institution. 
• Deferment credits for the evening off site event ($35), CDO Retreat ($249) or Senior Leadership Retreat ($249) will be deferred to 2022, or available for use with a new 2021 registration from your institution. 

• Yes! A registration is required for all 2021 attendees.

• NACCDO Attendees focus primarily within the development departments of academically-based comprehensive, clinical, basic, and consortium cancer centers that are designated by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) or who have investigators that receive NCI grant funds. • PAMN Attendees focus primarily within the marketing and public affairs departments of NCI designated cancer centers and or are members of the Association of American Cancer Institutes (AACI). For more information on PAMN and PAMN Member Institutions visit http://www.ncipamn.org/

• ​NACCDO and PAMN Memberships are issued and renewed annually by institution, not by individual.
• Both NACCDO and PAMN operate on a June-July fiscal year. 
• NACCDO and PAMN Memberships are separate from conference registration and may be renewed or confirmed by visiting the below links.
• Payment for membership by check should be made payable to the applicable NACCDO or PAMN organization.

• The CDO Retreat is limited to Chief Development Officers or an individual which holds the most senior development position at a NACCDO Member Institution or Cancer Center.
• If you have a deferment on file for 2020 CDO Retreat ($249), you will be sent an updated certificate of deferment showing the credit available for the to be advised date.   

• The Senior Leadership Retreat will be held at a later date in 2021 or early 2022. 
• The Senior Leadership (SL) Retreat is limited to invited senior leadership participants as recommended by the Chief Development Officer at a NACCDO member institution. 
• If you have a deferment on file for 2020 SL Retreat ($249), you will be sent an updated certificate of deferment showing the credit available for the to be advised date.   

• No, there is no PAMN Pre-Program Workshop for 2021

• Yes. From the registration start page enter the name of the individual you are registering and their email. Then check "I am registering on behalf of this person" and enter the information requested. This will ensure that you receive all information pertaining to the confirmed attendees registration. 

• One-day registration options will be outlined in March 2021 with the program agenda. 
  

• Yes. All content will be available for on demand viewing for up to 90-days post conference.

• REFUND POLICY: No refunds for cancellations of any conference registration or activity will be provided after April 9, 2021.
• Substitutions are acceptable for no additional fee. 
• Cancellations for new 2021 registrations prior to April 9 are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

• Substitutions are allowed until the start of the conference without penalty.

• The 2021 attendee list will include the name, title, company and email of all attendees which chose to be included. 
• The electronic list will be available to all attendees and sponsors on April 28, 2021.
• A final list with all actual attendees that authorized use of details will be provided on May 14, 2021.

• A sponsor is a commercial entity or vendor which provides services or a product applicable to NACCDO or PAMN members.
• Sponsors may participate in the annual conference via bronze, silver, gold, diamond, platinum or presenting support.
• All levels include at least one complimentary registration.
