Course Refund Policy

If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by before September 9, 2013. You may email your cancelation notice to cmxtravel@cmxtravel.com or fax to 781-735-0558. We regret that we are unable to honor refunds after September 9, 2013.   Canceled registrations are non-transferable. The Napa Primary Care Conference reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event The Napa Primary Care Conference must cancel or postpone this course, The Napa Primary Care Conference will refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly  recommended to protect your investment. 

All cancellations, regardless of reason are subject to the $75 cancellation fee.
