The Bayamon Campus of Inter American University of Puerto Rico is delighted to share its 100th anniversary with the North American Society for Bat Research, by hosting NASBR 2012. Nearly two million people - about half of the population of Puerto Rico - live within the Greater San Juan Metro area, one of the top-25 metropolitan areas in North America. San Juan bustles with big-city business, culture, and entertainment. However, in the cobblestone streets of Old San Juan, you will travel over 500 years in time to stroll inside the walls of a citadel so unique that the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) declared it a World Heritage Site.
