SAVE THE DATE National OCT Conference 2017
SUNDAY 19TH - MONDAY 20TH NOVEMBER
We look forward to seeing you at the next conference
The National OCT Conference was a great success.
The second conference, which followed on from the inaugural conference in 2015 increased its attraction to nearly 300 delegates.
A huge number of CET points were on offer through a range of inspiring lectures, skills workshops, discussion workshops and peer discussions.
The conference catered for practitioners with all levels of OCT knowledge, from beginners through to expert users.
Topcon secured some of the UK’s most highly rated ophthalmology speakers, seeing the return of Dr Pearse Keane and Professor Heinrich Heimann who received fantastic delegate feedback for their presentations.
Dr Keane focused on the evaluation of AMD with OCT paying particular reference to the growing use of OCT Angiography; whilst Professor Heimann expanded on the topic of ocular tumours, this year paying particular focus on vascular tumours. Both of these lectures were well received and highly engaging and highly clinically relevant to practice.
